Sunifiram and nicotine

I read somewhere that nicotine is an acetylcholine agonist. I didn't feel good when I tried sunifiram and smoked cigarettes. Does acetylcholine agonist mean that it shouldn't be used with sunifiram?

Thank you very much for the good explanation. That's bad news because I'm a smoker. Do you think that I could try a couple of puffs after a couple of hours or should that be too risky, I mean in small doses. (an addict speaking).
Even that I felt like little sick i anyway felt the positive effects of mood lift and eagerness to do things, etc...

Start off slow and see how you react. 5mg of sunifiram, and go easy on the smoking. Probably mix in some L-theanine to keep things calm, and definitely add a bioavailable magnesium supplement in.
