Those two racetams are the only ones that are rarely discussed on this sub reddit. I would really like some info about them, along with a reason as to why those two racetams are not so used by people ?

I've taken nefiracetam as well, and I really like the effects.
What are those effects?
I see that GLYX-13 has rapid antidepressant effects, which is interesting, but unlike it Nefiracetam is actually commercially available. If I'd try it, it would mainly be for effects on mood, and if it's similar to GLYX-13 in action it might be expected to produce similar effects. But it seems odd that it would provide rapid antidepressant action when ketamine and methoxetamine, which do the opposite (NMDA antagonism) provide the same effects and those effects are believed to be because of that same (opposite) mechanism. I don't really understand how this would play out in practice.
Can anyone who's had experience with Nefiracetam tell me if it affects mood or motivation at all? Any theoretical speculation as to why two opposite mechanisms might lead to the exact same effect, or am I missing something?

I get noticeable mood uplift from it. I want to get GLYX-13 synthesized one of these days.
Read my comment here regarding opposite mechanisms leading the same effects: http://www.reddit.com/r/Nootropics/comments/1kccj3/role_of_monoaminergic_system_in_the_etiology_of/cbom0jo
Mood is one of those things that is very complicated. The mechanisms that control it are complex, and seem to contradict each other sometimes. Although it's probably just a mechanism that we don't fully understand yet, and will make perfect sense once we discover it.
