Yes, there are regulations preventing people from just coming and working, but there are people who are just as smart, just as hard working, and just as capable of doing any of those jobs, for less.

Then you are not talking about outsourcing. You are talking about immigration. If someone comes here, gets a medical degree, then starts working in the industry, that is not outsourcing. Of course there are smart people all over the world. Nobody is denying that. We are denying the claim that there is not a single job in the US that cannot be outsourced for cheaper.
