Steroids would probably work (e.g. Kenalog), but would probabyl cause more problems than they solve long term. Seriously I've had good results with Mg-Glycinate (or citrate), B6 (25-50mg/day) and large dose Vitamin C (as Sodium Ascorbate).

Steroids don't really help. I'm on Mg-glycinate, B6, and C, and it has no effect. Only H1 receptor inverse agonists like Zyrtec work. H1 receptor antagonists work somewhat as well. Leukotreine receptor antagonists eliminate any respiratory issues it causes.
