That's the company that first brought it. They mention the study at the bottom of the page.
A human study for memory and cognitive function has just started at University of Southern California, Department of Psychology, with a leading expert in cognitive health. It is a double-blind, placebo-controlled study with 40 individuals.
According to ScienceGuy on Longecity, it was supposed to conclude in 2012. I cannot find anything on it, other than the mentions it gets from the manufacturer. Perhaps it just got delayed or something, but I find it strange not to find any other articles on it...
