This isn't inconsistent with it still being designed at that point; and then something came up - maybe the grad student who was supposed to really run it dropped out or an extra grant didn't come through or something.
Maybe I am being overly skeptical, but it just seems strange. Especially now having tried it myself and not noticing a difference.
I am increasingly skeptical about magnesium l-threonate myself - the LifeExtension 'Neuro-Mag' hasn't produced any subjectively noticeable results.
