What's the verdict on Noopept and Short-Term Memory?

Is it best with a choline supplement? I have heard that people have had disappointing experiences with short-term memory while on noopept.

Do you know if this is a property of opioid receptor agonists in general, shared by endorphins, enkephalins, and the like, or unique to exogenous opioids?

I wonder if low dose Naltrexone could do the same thing (via endogenous upregulation/release of opioids).

I'm not sure. I would think endogenous opioid agonists would have similar effects, though.
