What's the verdict on Noopept and Short-Term Memory?

Is it best with a choline supplement? I have heard that people have had disappointing experiences with short-term memory while on noopept.

It seems to happen at higher doses. I've lowered my dose down to 10mg, twice per day, and have not noticed it. If I go above 15mg, or more than twice per day, I notice the effects. It has a very steep dose/response curve, it seems.
