What's the verdict on Noopept and Short-Term Memory?

Is it best with a choline supplement? I have heard that people have had disappointing experiences with short-term memory while on noopept.

It happens for me even with a low dose (10~mg, once per day) over time (3-5 days). Higher doses, especially sublingually, cause poor memory almost immediately.

We should really figure out the mechanism causing it. I usually stack it with a lot of other things, and don't notice it often. Perhaps it's BDNF down-regulation. I usually take kratom once per week. Opioids have been shown to increase BDNF expression.
