Which nootropics are best suited to improve high intensity cardio?

Hi Folks - I've started to integrate some cardio into my daily activities; specifically high intensity interval running. One day, strictly out of curiosity, I tried taking a 20mg dose of Noopept before my run and found that I was way more focused and able to ignore a lot of the feelings of fatigue that I normally felt during my run.
I'm curious if anyone has any data on other nootropics that might improve performance during cardio exercises. I'd be happy to hear any personal experiences as well.

Creatine (KreAlkalyn), L-arginine, trimethylglycine, quercetin, EGCG, taurine, ALCAR, caffeine, and L-theanine. That stack makes me a machine!
You could also add some phenylpiracetam in the mix for a little more stimulation.
