Caffeine is a good one for mild effects. L-tyrosine is just a precursor, and not a releaser. Perhaps some CDP choline to increase DA receptor density.

First off where do you live? Piracetam is legal most everywhere, save for Australia. It's prescription there for god knows what reason. Piracetam is safe, and has almost no side effects. The only common one is headaches
