seriously? This is their job. Why are they so goddamn lazy- drunk drivers are serious dangers. At least the chicago guy had an excuse other than that it was too much bother.

It's current policy in Chicago to not respond to non-violent crimes. There are actually signs in certain parts of the city. Too much violent crime and not enough police to handle it.
