What are the causes of Noopept short-term memory loss?

Would there be any ways to increase both levels of glutamate release without causing any actual harm (since it sounds like it would pull the string extremities quite a bit - if you get what I insinuate)?

Most stimulants increase extracellular glutamate. You could use a mild dopaminergic stimulant to level out the effects. Since we know noopept is neuroprotective against glutamate toxicity, the combination should work well. I find that keeping my noopept dose at 15mg or less is a good level.
