SO basically, there's a lot of information out there, and it's hard to consolidate it into what exactly is going on when you take ractams and choline.
For example - I just started taking Oxi-tam(750mg) and Choline Bitarate (1g), and I noticed within about 2 hours, I had a heavy fog, a feeling of depression in my body, and a generally bad feeling.
So I'm wondering - are there any ways, aside from pure experimentation, to at least get an idea what causes these things? For example - does too much choline make you feel drowsy? Does too much piractam without choline give you a mental fog?
Also, I wanted to just thank the people on this thread. I love the community that's formed here.
EDIT: This is currently my stack:
Piracetam (2g/twice daily)
Aniracetam (750mg/twice daily)
Oxiracetam (750mg/twice daily)
ALCAR (250mg/twice daily)
L-Theanine (200mg/daily)
B-Complex (daily)
Fish Oil (2g/daily)
TMG (500mg/twice daily)

Aside from the kickoff dose above, where I used 1000g Choline Biterate, I have eliminated it since then until this morning when I actually started to feel brain fog.
Around last night I started feeling the full effects of a synergistic stack. This morning I felt an intense tension headache which I assumed was from the lack of choline and bumping up -RACETAM dosages. I took a tiny amount of choline and it seems to be going away. Like I said, I'm leary of that horrible lethargic feeling, and will avoid it at all costs :-X

Yes, the tension headache is low choline. You seem like a person that is going to need to find that sweet spot with the choline dose. I am lucky. I just take no choline and I am fine. I've had to take it twice. That was when I took 500mg oxiracetam, 1,600mg piracetam, 750mg aniracetam, 400mg pramiracetam, and 10mg noopept together.
