SO basically, there's a lot of information out there, and it's hard to consolidate it into what exactly is going on when you take ractams and choline.
For example - I just started taking Oxi-tam(750mg) and Choline Bitarate (1g), and I noticed within about 2 hours, I had a heavy fog, a feeling of depression in my body, and a generally bad feeling.
So I'm wondering - are there any ways, aside from pure experimentation, to at least get an idea what causes these things? For example - does too much choline make you feel drowsy? Does too much piractam without choline give you a mental fog?
Also, I wanted to just thank the people on this thread. I love the community that's formed here.
EDIT: This is currently my stack:
Piracetam (2g/twice daily)
Aniracetam (750mg/twice daily)
Oxiracetam (750mg/twice daily)
ALCAR (250mg/twice daily)
L-Theanine (200mg/daily)
B-Complex (daily)
Fish Oil (2g/daily)
TMG (500mg/twice daily)

Will do. I have to say that since taking 250mg of ALCAR about an hour ago... I still have that terrible body depression feeling from before.
Is it at all possible that something else could be giving me the blues? I feel completely happy about my life, it's just a "body" depression if that makes any sense. It takes effort to smile, for example(wow does that sound sad).

Then it might just be lethargy, not depression. Start that B complex and see if that gives you some energy.
