SO basically, there's a lot of information out there, and it's hard to consolidate it into what exactly is going on when you take ractams and choline.
For example - I just started taking Oxi-tam(750mg) and Choline Bitarate (1g), and I noticed within about 2 hours, I had a heavy fog, a feeling of depression in my body, and a generally bad feeling.
So I'm wondering - are there any ways, aside from pure experimentation, to at least get an idea what causes these things? For example - does too much choline make you feel drowsy? Does too much piractam without choline give you a mental fog?
Also, I wanted to just thank the people on this thread. I love the community that's formed here.
EDIT: This is currently my stack:
Piracetam (2g/twice daily)
Aniracetam (750mg/twice daily)
Oxiracetam (750mg/twice daily)
ALCAR (250mg/twice daily)
L-Theanine (200mg/daily)
B-Complex (daily)
Fish Oil (2g/daily)
TMG (500mg/twice daily)

Ah I think I understand now. I read over the article and your comments a couple times. Basically what I'm going to do is add about 250mg of ALCAR , a B-Complex, and drop the choline.
I assume that I might be okay without the choline, but may need to add it in the future. What exactly would be signs of not enough choline? Again, I've seen some vague generalizations so I figure I would ask.
By the way, thank you all for your feedback. I really enjoy the community here.

If you start getting headaches or brain fog, then add in a little choline and see if that makes it go away.
