Nootropic Side-effects and trying to determine what the issue is.

SO basically, there's a lot of information out there, and it's hard to consolidate it into what exactly is going on when you take ractams and choline.

For example - I just started taking Oxi-tam(750mg) and Choline Bitarate (1g), and I noticed within about 2 hours, I had a heavy fog, a feeling of depression in my body, and a generally bad feeling.

So I'm wondering - are there any ways, aside from pure experimentation, to at least get an idea what causes these things? For example - does too much choline make you feel drowsy? Does too much piractam without choline give you a mental fog?

Also, I wanted to just thank the people on this thread. I love the community that's formed here.

EDIT: This is currently my stack:

Piracetam (2g/twice daily)

Aniracetam (750mg/twice daily)

Oxiracetam (750mg/twice daily)

ALCAR (250mg/twice daily)

L-Theanine (200mg/daily)

B-Complex (daily)

Fish Oil (2g/daily)

TMG (500mg/twice daily)

Update, I felt much better after adding 250mg of ALCAR and 500mg of TMG.

This morning I woke up with a bit of a tension headache, and soem brain fog. About 250mg of Choline Bitrate seemed to fixed that though.
