Noopept vs coluracetam vs Hydergine vs Citicoline long term benefits, or short term blunders?

Hello..
Nootropics completely astound me, I am sure they have done the same for many of you as well. I am concerned about exactly which compound I should buy in the coming spring, so I ask you guys the question, If you could buy either Noopept, Coluracetam, or Hydergine which one would you choose and why?
I am interested in increased brain mRNA synthesis(memories and what not) and I know about Coluracetam's choline uptake is obviously beneficial for cellular growth, but its unclear in my opinion if I should opt for Noopept for this effect or maybe even Hydergine(sounds extreme). I don't really care about motivation, but I do like having creativity in my equation, anyone care to give advice?

Coluracetam sounds like the safest of the group but I'm still reticent to try shit that's hot off the press

I don't blame you. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone in good conscience. Wait and see how people react first.
