Noopept vs coluracetam vs Hydergine vs Citicoline long term benefits, or short term blunders?

Hello..
Nootropics completely astound me, I am sure they have done the same for many of you as well. I am concerned about exactly which compound I should buy in the coming spring, so I ask you guys the question, If you could buy either Noopept, Coluracetam, or Hydergine which one would you choose and why?
I am interested in increased brain mRNA synthesis(memories and what not) and I know about Coluracetam's choline uptake is obviously beneficial for cellular growth, but its unclear in my opinion if I should opt for Noopept for this effect or maybe even Hydergine(sounds extreme). I don't really care about motivation, but I do like having creativity in my equation, anyone care to give advice?

I don't know why I am so scared of these new racetams coming from NewStar but I'm fucking SKETCHED out.. Noopept and the other racetams are new as it is.
Does anyone have any reasons of why I should feel otherwise?

Not everyone throws caution to the wind like myself and Reese Witherspork. However, a ton of people on Longecity have taken colouracteam, due to Science Guy's custom synth. There are a lot of anecdotes if you want to read them.
