How long prior to MDMA should you take your pre-load? (multivitamins, magnesium and antioxidants)

I have several vitamins, antioxidants and magnesiun supplements but I wonder when I should take them. 1h prior? 30mins prior?

I'm pretty sure you will find that I didn't write it off. I said I needed to see sources. I'm still not seeing any. My doubt wasn't that MDMA causes neurotoxicity. I too have seen those studies. What I haven't seen are peer-reviewed studies revealing that each of the supplements you've listed will actually hault said toxicity in its tracks. The 'solid science' I've seen thus far include references to "two week afterglows." If you want to advocate people do something you should be the one to provide the research. I'm looking forward to seeing the sources you provide which advocate taking MDMA alongside all of these pills in order to completely negate all of possible side effects. It's not about me failing to understand something. It's about both of us advocating being smart with drugs. We're on the same team. I just demand rigorous facts obtained through science. It's part of being a drug nerd, is it not?

Indeed it is. My comment was more to do with your statement, " I space out my rolls by doing it only like once or twice a year and only really snag some 5HTP after the fact. The rest of this all sounds like some sketchy bullshit." That seems like you are brushing it off. If that's not the case, I apologize. I have many sources and will write a post once i get back to my computer. Curiosity is not a bad thing. Calling my supplementation "sketchy bullshit" just does not seem like curiosity, or even warranted skepticism.
