They dosed the rats at 7.5mg/kg three times spaced 2 hours apart. So thats like 140lb person taking 450mg doses 3 times in a night. Thats pretty crazy if you ask me and not accurate to what the average person takes.

Rat dosages are not directly translated to human. For rats take (7.5*6)/37, which gives you 1.21mg/kg. That would be three 76mg doses for a person weighing 140lbs.
