I have several vitamins, antioxidants and magnesiun supplements but I wonder when I should take them. 1h prior? 30mins prior?

How often are you doing this? I think the old timers (maybe I'm one of them at 27 around here) don't do it more than once every 6 months and don't do more than a healthy meal and maybe some 5HTP, and some rest. The very nature of spacing it out and taking responsible doses seem like it's a better harm reduction technique than doing this cocktail 10 times a year.
Edit: To anyone just coming into this. I am not the person whose comment is now deleted!

I'm 27, and I only take it every 4-6 months. However, I always take my supplementation. I am telling you guys, it works. I have zero comedown, zero clenching, I can pee, and I have a 2 week long afterglow. My supplementation regimen arises from thousands of hours of research that I have personally done, and is based in solid science. I have not told anyone to take it more often, so please don't imply that. However, your statement about taking it 2 times a year with no supplementation is better than 10 times per year with my supplementation is completely false. Even single doses of MDMA have been shown to cause cognitive deficits. My supplementation prevents the neurotoxicity altogether. So two times of neurotoxicity is definitely worse than 10 times without. In my opinion, to someone with access to information on how to protect their brains, ignoring that information is about as stupid as one can get. If you want to be skeptical and question validities, go right ahead. But do not simply write it off because you currently do not understand it. I have given more references and reasonings than probably any person on this forum on other posts and comments. I am also going to do anther big post about MDMA soon. I have been busy, and have also been working with other Redditors via PM to validate some technical details. Or you could take an interest in your safety and search on your own. I post these things because it will possibly help people, but ultimately it is the persons themselves that are responsible for their own safety.
