That's the AvailOm fish oil micro caplets. They like to separate in the capsule because of their particle size and shape. Nothing to worry about.

Yeah, you should be fine. Too much folate can be an issue with low B12, but since you are taking B12 as well you should be okay.

Yeah, you can take UMP sublingually for the same effects. You would just need to dose higher.
