yes. It is called Designs for Health DFH Complete Multi (copper/iron-free). It has 500 mcg B12.

I figured the extra folate wouldn't be an issue because I've see such high doses available for it... 1 mg, 5 mg, even up to 15 mg (Deplin).

Yeah, you should be fine. Too much folate can be an issue with low B12, but since you are taking B12 as well you should be okay.
