The new Vitamin E supplement particularly interests me. However, I am curious why you decided to choose d-alpha-tocopherol rather than a mixed tocopherol complex, mainly because I had heard excess d-alpha-tocopherol depletes gamma-tocopherol. Maybe I'm wrong and have my information mixed up, but any insight u/MisterYouAreSoDumb or u/Pretty-Chill can provide would be great.

I talked about it when we released OmegaTAU a bit.
The gist of it is that you can only really call D-α-tocopherol vitamin E, per FDA guidelines. Also, the succinate salt of D-α-tocopherol has its own unique effects that are not seen in other more common salts. There really is not solid evidence for mixed tocopherols, at least not in the certainty that a lot of people online are talking about it. I am not opposed to possibly doing a mixed tocopherols complex at some point, but we would not be able to call it Vitamin E, and I would want to do more research and see more data first. For now, it makes sense to bring out a D-α-tocopherol supplement in the most effective and unique succinate salt.
