I am took 250mg Nootropics Depot PrimaVie Shilajit for 3 days. My mood is fluctuating from frustration to sad to frustration. Is this expected due to little bit of boost from increase in testosterone or is this sign of heavy metals?

Yes and no. We saw that too, but we have also assayed for urolithin A and B, and did not find any.
