I am took 250mg Nootropics Depot PrimaVie Shilajit for 3 days. My mood is fluctuating from frustration to sad to frustration. Is this expected due to little bit of boost from increase in testosterone or is this sign of heavy metals?

It's the result of two things:

(a) DCPs (oxygenated dibenzo-α-pyrone chromoproteins), comprising metal ions, oxygenated dibenzo-α-pyrones, chromo-constituents, lipoproteins, and apoproteins and

(b) low- and medium-molecular-weight fulvic acids
