I am took 250mg Nootropics Depot PrimaVie Shilajit for 3 days. My mood is fluctuating from frustration to sad to frustration. Is this expected due to little bit of boost from increase in testosterone or is this sign of heavy metals?

I think it raises it, though I can't think of the mechanism off the top of my head.

But if you are sensitive to cholinergic supplements, that could at least play a part.

Yes, that can be a negative for some. Certain people just can't tolerate increases in acetylcholine without getting depressed or mood swings.
