I am took 250mg Nootropics Depot PrimaVie Shilajit for 3 days. My mood is fluctuating from frustration to sad to frustration. Is this expected due to little bit of boost from increase in testosterone or is this sign of heavy metals?

Thanks for clarifying. While were on the topic, if I may -
does Beta Ecdysterone inhibit AChE (raising ACh) or raise it's activity (lowering ACh) to your knowledge?

I was trying to shift through this using AI and going through studies - but there's conflicting conclusions floating around.

I've seen many claims on reddit lately that Beta Ecdysterone raises AChE, but I think they confused it with studies looking at Beta-Ecdysone or "plain" ecdysterone instead?

It's kinda confusing...

Beta-ecdysterone has been shown to increase acetylcholinesterase in rat brains, so it might lower acetylcholine. I am not sure that has been studied in humans yet, though.

Fulvic acid is not one thing. It should really be called fulvic acids, with an "s" on the end. It's a class of organic compounds formed during the decomposition of biomass. It's the same as beta-glucans or polyphenols. B
