I am took 250mg Nootropics Depot PrimaVie Shilajit for 3 days. My mood is fluctuating from frustration to sad to frustration. Is this expected due to little bit of boost from increase in testosterone or is this sign of heavy metals?

I wrote in the post it is 250mg primavie shilajit from Nootropics. Got it this from amazon and sold by nootropics depot.

No, not you. I was asking the other guy.
In your case, it's not testosterone. It doesn't change that quickly. Also, all our products meet Prop 65 for heavy metals, which means it has to be 1,000 time less than the dose that can cause an issue. This means you could take 1,000 doses of our Primavie, and STILL be below the daily limit for issues from heavy metals. We are talking insanely low levels. We also meet Prop 65 for the most strict limit: reproductive toxicity. That means the limit is 1,000 times lower than the level it would take to adversely affect a pregnant woman. It's not a factor.
Shilajit can lower cortisol and increase serotonin. Both those can be associated with mood changes. That's the most likely mechanism IMO.
