Is Fulvic Acid more effective then Shilajit?

Fulvic Acid is one of the main compounds in Shilajit. And believed to be the compound to have testosterone boosting potential. As far as I understood the rest in Shilajit are minerals. I do get enough minerals from my nutrition and supplements. Would it be smarter to just buy Fulvic Acid (higher dose then would be in Shilajit) when focus are the testosterone effects and the other health benefits that it brings

Fulvic acid is not one thing. It should really be called fulvic acids, with an "s" on the end. It's a class of organic compounds formed during the decomposition of biomass. It's the same as beta-glucans or polyphenols. Beta-glucans from yeast are very different from beta-glucans from oats or mushrooms. Polyphenols from seaweed are very different then polyphenols from tea leaves or blueberries. Fulvic acids from shilajit are very different than the cheap soil-based stuff you can get in bulk. Primavie standardizes to a set amount of dibenzo-α-pyrones and dibenzo-alpha-chromoproteins.
