Trying to decide between Citicoline or Resonance Lions Mane to improve my memory, mood and blood flow to the brain

Okay hear me out and be kind because I’m still learning hahah.
Essentially I need to improve my memory, visual memory recall and my mood. I know the more blood flow to the brain the better.I know both citicoline and lions mane do all of these things but of course they are both different at the same time.
I also know they both can affect/increase serotonin and while being on Wellbutrin xl 150mg and Zoloft 50mg I do not want to have serotonin syndrome. It’s rare but I experienced a small amount of it when taking bromelain and it was not fun.
I’ve done small doses of lithium orotate for my mood while in these medications and it was great. Everything seemed to level out. Then when I read about the benefits of citicoline I thought this could be an alternative to help with my mood while also helping my memory and blood flow.
My main question is: Should I take resonance (linked) lions mane or citicoline?
My second question: Do I have to worry about serotonin syndrome?
Thanks so much in advance for any help and input.

As far as Orivedas cordyceps though, asfayk, are they actually containing 12mg of cordycepin and 4.5mg of adenosine? That's one of the only products they actually posted chromatograms for.

I don't think we have tested their Cordyceps yet. I will get some to run through the lab. I do know that those suppliers in China told us they were spiking samples with synthetic cordycepin, and that is how they were getting high batches out. The Chinese suppliers are always very honest with us, because they know we will figure it out anyway on our own, so they just give it to us straight up. I'll get some of their recent Cordyceps and see what we see on UPLC. That one I think might pass, because we know you can get synthetic cordycepin at the moment. Nobody has synthesized erinacine-A yet, so you can't have that spiking happening.
