Trying to decide between Citicoline or Resonance Lions Mane to improve my memory, mood and blood flow to the brain

Okay hear me out and be kind because I’m still learning hahah.

Essentially I need to improve my memory, visual memory recall and my mood. I know the more blood flow to the brain the better.I know both citicoline and lions mane do all of these things but of course they are both different at the same time.

I also know they both can affect/increase serotonin and while being on Wellbutrin xl 150mg and Zoloft 50mg I do not want to have serotonin syndrome. It’s rare but I experienced a small amount of it when taking bromelain and it was not fun.

I’ve done small doses of lithium orotate for my mood while in these medications and it was great. Everything seemed to level out. Then when I read about the benefits of citicoline I thought this could be an alternative to help with my mood while also helping my memory and blood flow.

My main question is: Should I take resonance (linked) lions mane or citicoline?

My second question: Do I have to worry about serotonin syndrome?

Thanks so much in advance for any help and input.

Almighty. This pretty much sums up everything i was skeptical about. I had reached out to Oriveda and they actually claimed that your product is possibly bias, so thats why I was skeptical. I do indeed have solid faith in your product. Thank you for taking the time to write this all out, I will be highly recommending erinamax!!!

Oriveda has hated us for calling out their fake numbers for years. They constantly shill against us, because we had the audacity to call bullshit on the numbers they were getting from the fake dry lab International RINP. We also know all the suppliers around the world, and know who is supplying Oriveda with their stuff. We yelled at these Chinese suppliers for putting fake specs on their shit, and they admitted they knew the specs were fake, but that brands wanted to see it. All we are trying to do is fight for consumers in this shithole of an industry. Everyone is being lied to by almost all the brands. Someone has to call bullshit when they see it. Because we do, we get attacked a lot by those brands. However, the truth will eventually set you free. We are networking like hell in the background, with all the labs and industry organizations. We are going to drag brands kicking and screaming into the light, whether they like it or not. In the end, our only enemies are brands that lie to consumers and spread fraud about their products. I welcome and encourage brands to try and advance, and make products that beat us. Go for it! It just has to be with real validated science, and I know most brands don't give a shit about consumers. They just want to make money, and us calling out the bullshit all the time makes them lose money, so they attack us.

That's a good one. Cognizin also has some research on improvement of eye sight, too. Alpha-GPC should provide similar effects as Cognizin. Noopept and prl-8-53 help as well. I'd give lion's mane a shot, too.
