Trying to decide between Citicoline or Resonance Lions Mane to improve my memory, mood and blood flow to the brain

Okay hear me out and be kind because I’m still learning hahah.
Essentially I need to improve my memory, visual memory recall and my mood. I know the more blood flow to the brain the better.I know both citicoline and lions mane do all of these things but of course they are both different at the same time.
I also know they both can affect/increase serotonin and while being on Wellbutrin xl 150mg and Zoloft 50mg I do not want to have serotonin syndrome. It’s rare but I experienced a small amount of it when taking bromelain and it was not fun.
I’ve done small doses of lithium orotate for my mood while in these medications and it was great. Everything seemed to level out. Then when I read about the benefits of citicoline I thought this could be an alternative to help with my mood while also helping my memory and blood flow.
My main question is: Should I take resonance (linked) lions mane or citicoline?
My second question: Do I have to worry about serotonin syndrome?
Thanks so much in advance for any help and input.

OH YES! I remember them mentioning that they no longer put the numbers on it because it was from a dry lab. I could find the email, but yeah they used to mark like 0.3% erinacines, or something like that, it's been years. Then they rebranded and switched up the labels so it just says "Polyphenols" now. But yeah I did ask about that in an email and they said they no longer use that lab because they found out it was a dry lab.

They had even higher claims at first! It was like 4%! We told them that was dumb and impossible, and the lab was likely not doing proper chemistry, but they just said we were trying to sell more of our product. So we did a whole program assessing RINP's numbers. We sent sample to them labeled with various erinacine and hericenone claims. Some we spike with terpenes to see if they were just doing a terpene assay. Then they made us pay them first, and then sent us passing results for all samples we sent. The issue is, we never sent any lion's mane at all! All the samples were just yeast labeled as lion's mane. That's when we knew they were a complete dry lab. Oriveda used them for YEARS after we alerted everyone to the issue. Just don't defraud consumers. That's all we ask.
