What is happening with Nootropics Depot?

So far, Nootropics Depot has been the most reliable supplier of Nootropics in prepackaged form. The only problem is I've noticed that all of their supplements packaged in pills are no longer available for order from the site. It looks like I might have to switch to a different provider. Anyone know why they're out Synapsa, Cognizin, and Lion's Mane pills?

A bunch of the popular supplements are out of stock. The Lion's Mane for close to two months now. I do not know how long Cognizin and Synapsa have been out of stock. Just trying to figure out if the supplement providers have experienced production troubles lately, or if there's a financial issue occurring for the company.

Everything is fine with the company. Our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales were insanely higher than we anticipated. So we are still catching up from those. Pair that with the holidays, and the fact that we just completely moved our lab, hired a new lab director, and revamped a ton of processes (i.e. adding a ton more paperwork in preparation for ISO/NSF certification), and it is just taking us a bit longer to restock certain things. Everything is fine, though. Two of the things you mentioned are in stock. It was just a site error that showed them out. It has been fixed. The lion's mane will be back in stock shortly, and we have a ton of new things coming out.
Also, there are sometimes intermittent quality or supply chain issues with certain products. This can be especially true for patented things like Synapsa. They had quality issues with that one for almost a year. We can't exactly get a new source for a patented product. So sometimes we have to wait for them to work through it before we can restock. If a patented product is out of stock for a while, that is likely what is going on. Then you sometimes have things like emoxypine, which was made for us by a single lab. That lab shut down for environmental changes. We had hoped it would come back online by now, and emoxypine production could resume, but that has not happened yet. So sometimes it is outside of our control. Managing the supply chain for the number and types of products we carry, when you are doing the level of testing and QA/QC we are, is insanely difficult. Add shitty trade wars, tariffs, shipping strikes, and changing environmental regulations into the mix, and things can get even more crazy.
