Oh okay, i guess i was hung up on the 60/40 being about deactivated or activated yeast, i think the 60% will react whether deactivated or not right? Antibodies will still target it for white blood cells i think
Thats interesting about allopurinol, seems the goal is to reduce uric acid which i believe vit c or tart cherry could do. I have some of your tart cherry actually, i should experiment. Thanks for the knowledge!

Yes, the 60% will react to it regardless. That's because the antibodies would still be there for the antigens located in the cell walls of the yeast. However, around 40% of Crohn's sufferers don't seem to have antibodies for the yeast antigens, so they wouldn't have an issue with it.
