Why not capules all the time

Products like kava and cistanche are not encapsulated and have a rough texture which makes them difficult to swallow.
It seems like they're made this way to be chewed, but they don't taste good and stick to teeth.

Kava dose is too high for capsules. Cistanche we wanted the ability to break in half, but I am not sure how many people actually do that. Most of the time we do tablets if we want to give people the option to break them in half.
