Anybody Have a Clue What Ebelin Lactone’s 5-HT2A binding affinity is?

Significantly stronger effect as a PAM on muscarinic M1 receptors than 5-HT2A receptors then?
Does it act as a PAM on M1 receptors peripherally as well or only centrally? Had anyone in testing noticed any peripheral M1 effects (gastric acid, salivation, etc?)

Correct. The binding affinity to M1 is a lot higher than 5-HT2A. Some people might even be more excited about the M1 effects anyway. They are also PAMs, so it is different than direct agonists. Frankly, we don't want it to be a high-affinity direct agonist of 5-HT2A. We don't want psychedelic effects. We want to replicated the positive effects of microdosing, while still maintaining a good safety profile. We have not tested peripheral M1 effects yet, but we are in talks right now to run some binding assay studies. As for anecdotes, I have not noticed significant peripheral M1 side effects like over-salivation. I have not seen that reported by any customers yet, either.
