The affinities are: M1 (Ki = 0.45 μM) and 5-HT2A (4.21 μM) in a statistical model. We still need to run receptor binding assays to assess the real world numbers, though. We will be doing that.

I'd say 250mg is a medium dose. Any over that is a high dose, in my opinion.
