I think the thought was that we didn't want to get criticized for trying to make it seem like there were more doses in a jar by "artificially" lowering the dose. Whether that is valid or not is up for debate. It's also standardized to 50% for stability reasons, which makes it a bit more confusing. Also, my definition of high might not be what the average person thinks. With powder they can dose whatever dose they want, so we just figured leave it at the standard suggestion and let people adjust from there.
