This is a great answer! Out of curiosity what do you typically eat in that timeframe? Are you more on a meat based diet?

I eat a lot of aged meats and cheeses, because I love them. Gouda, Pecorino, Cambozola, and truffle cheese are some of my favorites. For the meat pairing, I love Olympia Provisions salami NOLA, Loukanika, and Saucisson Sec. I eat a lot of hummus as well. Generally I snack on all that to start my dinner. Then most days we have a nutritionist make our main meals for us. Those range a lot. There is a lot of quinoa, bell peppers, turkey meatballs, ground beef, couscous, shredded chicken, kale, carrots, green beans, sweet potatoes, etc. Quinoa is a staple for me. I love quinoa! Then if we go out to eat, I just order whatever I want. I don't really fuss too much about it. However, I do try to stay away from carb heavy things, as I just don't feel great after eating a lot of carbs. I eat a lot of sushi/sashimi when we go out, too.
