So wait, is your apigenin the aglycone? Wondering about stability after Just seeing this on examine. I havnt had time to look at the sources etc, but am concerned at first glance since I just bought some:
"The food borne apigenin, apigenin-7-O-glucoside, has increased water solubility via its carbohydrate containing bond.[9] Chemicular apigenin is highly unstable, although the food bound sources are more stable in normal environments.[10][11]"

Apigenin is always the aglycone. The glycosides have different names, like vitexin, isovitexin, apigetrin, and schaftoside. I have some apigenin-7-O-glucoside I am beta testing, too. That one doesn't have a fancy name like the other glycosides.
