My mum suffers from severe arthritis in her knees. She tried rephyl, but didn't notice much difference.
Currently taking pea (Palmitoylethanolamide) which has been helpful but limited.
I've been considering adding supercritical holy basil and matrine.
What would you recommend?

That white hot pain? Hard to describe isn't it? After my "spiritual awakening" back in 2013 when I was deep into "hippy shit" I managed to have a filling with no pain meds or anesthesia at all, by "zoning out" from the pain, but I've not been able to do that since despite years of meditation.
I would like to get implants but really I need full implants and the whole procedure is concerning, I figure I will cross that bridge when it naturally happens.
It's been a nice side effect of my nootropic journey finding out things that aid wound healing (and why). Looking at my tooth socket today, the insides match day #14 on the extraction images online, but it's only day #3 or 4 depending on timezone. In fact it's almost closed over completely. Amazing a few supplements can do this, last time it took 3 weeks to close completely!

Implants are not fun, let me tell you! They literally screw titanium bolts into your bone in the mouth. The force they use really surprised me!
