Reduced NMNH also is just as effective a way to increase NAD+. NMNH and NADH are one molecular step apart in biochemistry. I was pushing MisterYouAreSoDumb towards looking at the NMNH gateway to raise endogenous NAD+ levels. In OptiNAD, I see he chose NADH instead. Having tried it earlier today, I feel it’s a home run product. Interested in his thoughts about NADH vs NMNH.

You are talking reduced NMN? Yeah, we tried to get that made. It's fucking insane expensive! I think it was like $30,000 per kilo! Regular NMN was crazy expensive at the start, too. The economies of scale and improves synthesis methods needed to come into play to bring it down. I think that will happen with NMNH, but not yet.
