This type of psychotic drive towards excellence is why I am waiting for a month for my products to arrive. There is nothing that comes close we in Europe can buy. Have you considered having a distribution facility in Europe in the future? You got my voluntary help!

Yes, it is something we have wanted for a long time. However, the logistics of doing it right are a lot more difficult than people think. The tax situation there is rough for finished goods entering the EU, then the cost of shipping there is even more. The VAT collection process is not as simple as it should be, and the remitting process is complex. Creating the fulfillment warehouse we have here in Tempe has been a long, complex, and expensive process. Recreating it overseas is not an easy task, even when not taking into account the extra costs. The EU has become more protectionist the past few years, making it harder for US companies to compete. I get why they are. US companies have a tendency to steamroll local businesses and cause a lot of problems, and the EU wants to prevent that. However, we are a small business. I wish they had better processes for fostering smaller businesses to expand into the EU. I would have no problem building a sustainable business in the EU that employs EU citizens if they made it a bit less costly and cumbersome. One of the big issues for us is our catalog size. If we only had 20 products it would be one thing. With hundreds of products it makes things infinitely more complex. I think once we finally expand there, it's going to be with our top 20 products to start. Then we can expand slowly over time. I don't like jumping into situations too quickly, as I know things can go south fast. I've seen massive companies go belly up because they got over extended. That's the last thing I want to do.
