Apigenin in the Morning or Night?

I just got some of the apigenin powder and I’m looking to try it out primarily as a sleep aid.
I know the Huberman stack lists it as 50mg taken 30 minutes before bed, but it seems like a lot of people also take it in the morning. Some people have also said the 200mg dose that ND recommends can be stimulating. So I’m just wondering what peoples experiences so far are and if there’s any good research I can read regarding it’s effects at different dosages and times of the day.
My nightly stack currently includes L-Theanine, Oleamide, Magnesium Glycinate, Magnolia Bark, and Andrographis.

Update: I think I was actually able to pinpoint the grogginess with Tongkat Ali 10%.
Normally I'd probably recognize this a little faster, but I had been taking the TA again for about a week at the point that I tried the apigenin for the first time. I'm one of those people that for whatever reason needs to balance TA with some iodine and I forgot to do it this time around, so I think the thyroid related issues with TA were catching up to me right when I started taking the apigenin. I took some iodine a few days ago and immediately felt better and the morning grogginess went away.
That said, I'm excited to give the apigenin another shot! Trying a smaller dose right before bed tonight and then tomorrow I'm going to try a full 200mg dose earlier in the evening like you're suggesting. Interested to see what kind of effects I get now that I'm feeling back to normal. Thanks for the advice, MYASD.

Interesting! So you are one that definitely needs to combine tonkat with iodine.
