Copy, would 50mg work for prolactin control or would 200 be suited better for that? Yeah I bought the liposomol stuff before you guys carried Apigenin. As soon as the 200mg comes back in stock I'm gonna try to snag some from you guys.

I think it is going to depend on the person. Lots of things have a U-shaped dose/response curve. Going higher in dose can actually have the opposite intended effect. We see this a lot with rosmarinic acid in lemon balm. Lower doses are usually more sedating than higher ones, which is why we came out with lower dosed Cyracos. So for you, I would try the 50mg to see how you react. Then try two. Then go up from there. That will assess how your individual body reacts to increasing doses of apigenin. If you find you react best to the 200mg, then next bottle buy the 200mg instead.
