I find triple strength one to be best, it has both in high? Whats benefit of using availom than triple strength?

AvailOm has higher bioavailability and is more stable. It's in free fatty acid form, rather than ethyl ester form in the Triple Strength. This allows it to work faster, as the ethyl ester does not need to be cleaved off through hydrolysis. I linked a graphic in another comment that shows it.
