I almost guarantee you that liposomal shit is BS. I feel 200mg is the dose you really want for strong effects. However, for the sleep effects as part of a larger stack, I think the 50mg would be better for some people. I

I think it is going to depend on the person. Lots of things have a U-shaped dose/response curve. Going higher in dose can actually have the opposite intended effect. We see this a lot with rosmarinic acid in lemon balm.
