Just seems like you're trying to pull in business from the joe Rogan crowd with the tongkat and fadogia a little too heavy. I understand you're running a business and there's definitely money to be made there so don't fault you for that. But i do think you're better than the easy bait you're casting
Transparency, backed-by-science products, and customer service are what i thought the pillars of ND were...
But i also think joe rogan is a moron, so maybe the fact you mentioned him in your most recent newsletter is making me biased
Running a business... I get it! Got to fish while the fish are biting

If we don't make money, we die. If we don't attract new customers, we go out of business. Then our lab, our analytical testing, our quality control, our ISO and cGMP certifications, our novel products, and our R&D don't mean shit. I don't think people realize how unique we are. I don't think anyone here realizes how this industry actually works. Almost all the brands you buy from out there don't do what we do. They use contract manufacturers for their products. They don't make them themselves. They use contract fulfillment companies for their shipping, or just sell on Amazon. They hire digital marketing and ads agencies for their advertising. If they do any testing at all, they randomly pick outside labs to do it. Many of those labs are using non-validated and improper chemistry at best, and are completely fraudulent dry labs at worst. We do almost all of it ourselves. I have built an analytical lab most people couldn't dream of having. I've built a team that is not just extremely capable, but passionate about our mission of improving and advancing this industry. I have built a vertically integrated company that has capabilities not seen in even brands ten times our size. All that comes at an enormous cost. That cost could be the death of us if we don't get enough sales to stay afloat. If we go away, who in this industry is going to give two shits about any of the things we are trying to change? The vast majority of the brands in this industry are in it for the money, and money alone.

We've mentioned Rogan exactly one time, which was yesterday... Mentioning him once is too heavy? This is also a test to see if we can generate more interactions and engagements by leaning into things a bit. He also caused a lot of hype for tongkat, and some of that information that got out was not exactly scientific, so we want to address those things in a deep and informative way. That's why our next podcast is going to be addressing it. And yes, we are trying to pull in more business from other people outside of our normal customer base, because I am going to be honest with you right now, people can talk a big talk on here about supporting us all they want. If they don't buy actual products, we go out of business just the same. Tongkat is also one of my personal favorite products, and I think the science behind it is very interesting. It's also the product that people are actually buying right now. It's the product paying the bills and allowing me to keep the lights on and keep my over 80 employees paid and working on our larger projects. You're damn right we are better than that! We are better than 99% of the brands out there. However, sales are what keeps a business alive. If people support what we are doing, but they don't buy from us, then they shouldn't be surprised if in the future they see an industry without us in it.
